We are delighted to announce a new mentoring programme for Journal for Visual Communication in Medicine.
The editors of Journal for Visual Communication in Medicine are happy to work with you in developing a manuscript based either on original research for our Scientific and Technical section, or for our Professional Development section. After the mentoring period (usually around 6 months), the manuscript will be subject to the regular peer-review process before hopefully being published in the journal.
Applicants should supply a one-page CV, the names of two referees, a 400-word abstract for a planned article, and a writing sample (this can be in the form of 5 page project summary, a draft of the proposed article, or a previous publication).
> Applications should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The successful applicants will be selected by the editor in chief based on the quality and originality of the proposed article, the quality of the writing sample and the suitability of the topic for publication in Journal for Visual Communication in Medicine.
Note: applicants should familiarise themselves with the journal’s Aims and Scope.
This is a rolling application and there is no deadline
